I just watched the new teaser trailer for The Super Mario Bros. Movie, and the movie’s style looks epic to me, and it reminds me of the Super Smash Bros. series (in later games) and Super Mario Odyssey.
Chris Pratt did a good job playing as Mario, and he has grown playing Nintendo games at his local laundromat in his hometown. Many of you might know him in Parks and Recreation, The Lego Movie, Guardians of the Galaxy, Marvel Cinematic Universe films, and Onward.

Earlier, as I watched a new video uploaded by one of my favorite YouTubers for entertainment (mostly with cartoons) and popular culture news, Valiskibum. Someone who works at McDonald's in Australia (called Macca's there) shot a photo of a leaked image appearance of Mario in his appearance for the upcoming Universal and Illumination's Super Mario Bros. animated film. This is (presumably) his appearance for the animated film.

On this day in 2002, 20 years ago, Jonah: A VeggieTales Movie was released in theatres. Yes, I remember seeing this in theatres back when I was only 3 years old and growing up watching VeggieTales.
